2. Available Plans
| Plan | Bottles per Shipment | Annual Price | Shipments Included |

| The Discovery | 12 bottles | €1,250.00 | 3 (Feb, May, Oct) |

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping from Italy is included in the price for all destinations, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where an additional shipping fee applies. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the member.
3. Membership and First Payment
Membership in the Wine Club is completed upon successful online payment by credit or debit card. By completing the purchase, the member authorizes Your Vino S.r.l. to automatically charge the payment method provided for subsequent annual renewals, as described in Section 4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at registration.
4. Renewal and Billing
The first payment is charged at the time of sign-up. From that point, the member is billed automatically three times per year, once before each scheduled shipment in February, May, and October. Each charge is processed to the credit or debit card saved at the time of registration.
Members will be notified by email at least 15 days before each billing date. If no cancellation is received within the terms set out in Section 7, the charge is considered confirmed and will be processed automatically.
In the event of a failed payment (expired card, insufficient funds, or other reasons), Your Vino S.r.l. will notify the member by email. The member must update their payment method within 7 days of the notification. If payment is not received within that period, the corresponding shipment may be withheld and the subscription may be suspended.
5. Shipments
Shipments are sent from Italy in February, May, and October, generally during the second half of the month. Exact dates will be communicated by email at least 10 days in advance.
Members who join the Wine Club will receive their first shipment in the next available delivery window following their sign-up date. Delivery is handled by FedEx International to the address provided at registration. Your Vino S.r.l. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance procedures, or force majeure events.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or with broken bottles, the member must notify Your Vino S.r.l. within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@your-vino.com with photographic evidence of the damage. If a shipment is confirmed lost by FedEx, Your Vino S.r.l. will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a proportional refund at its discretion. Your Vino S.r.l. is not liable for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
7. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a written request to info@your-vino.com or through their account area on the website.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal and shipment, cancellation must be received by the first business day after the 5th of the month preceding the scheduled shipment:
- February shipment: cancel by the first business day after January 5th
- May shipment: cancel by the first business day after April 5th
- October shipment: cancel by the first business day after September 5th
Cancellations received after these deadlines cannot be processed for the upcoming shipment. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual cycle.
8. Returns and Refunds
Members may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided no shipment has yet been dispatched. To request a refund, members must contact info@your-vino.com within this period. Your Vino S.r.l. will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Please note: once a shipment has been dispatched, no refund can be issued for that shipment. If a cancellation is requested after a shipment has been sent, any refund will be proportionally reduced by the value of the shipment already received.
9. Customer Service
Your Vino S.r.l. aims to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. For urgent matters related to shipments or billing, please contact info@your-vino.com with the subject line "URGENT".
10. Product Variations
Your Vino S.r.l. reserves the right to vary the wine labels and varieties included in each shipment, while maintaining the same number of bottles and overall quality level. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
11. Age Requirement
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to individuals under the legal drinking age in their country of residence. By completing the purchase, the member confirms they meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction: 21 years of age in the United States, and 18 years of age in all other countries. Your Vino S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel any order where the age requirement cannot be verified.
12. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Russia, Canada, or Australia.
Within the United States, we do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to local alcohol import regulations. Members in all other US states are responsible for verifying that direct international wine shipments are permitted in their state of residence.
Your Vino S.r.l. is not liable for shipments seized, refused, or delayed by authorities due to local shipping restrictions. No refund will be issued for shipments that cannot be delivered due to such restrictions.
13. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Shipments are sent from Italy and may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the member and are not included in the subscription price. Your Vino S.r.l. has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Vino S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of this service. In no event shall Your Vino S.r.l.'s total liability to a member exceed the amount paid by that member for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Your Vino S.r.l., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the member's violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
