1. Overview

All Wine Club shipments are dispatched from Florence, Italy, primarily via FedEx International. Your Vino S.r.l. reserves the right to use alternative carriers when necessary. The delivery address provided at the time of registration will be used for all shipments.

2. Shipment Schedule

Shipments are sent three times per year, in February, May, and October, generally during the second half of the month. The exact dispatch date for each cycle will be communicated by email at least 10 days in advance.

Members who join between shipment windows will receive their first delivery in the next available cycle.

3. Delivery Times

These are estimates only. Your Vino S.r.l. cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier operations, or force majeure events.

4. Countries We Ship To

Your Vino ships worldwide with the following exceptions. We do not ship to:

  • Russia
  • Canada
  • Australia

For all other destinations, it is the member's sole responsibility to verify that importing wine and alcoholic beverages is permitted in their country and region of residence before subscribing. Your Vino S.r.l. is not liable for shipments seized, refused, or returned by customs authorities due to local import restrictions. No refund will be issued for shipments that cannot be delivered due to legal restrictions in the destination country.

5. US State Restrictions

We do not ship to the following US states due to local alcohol import regulations:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Mississippi
  • Utah

Members in all other US states are responsible for verifying that direct international wine shipments are permitted in their state of residence. Your Vino S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for shipments that are intercepted or refused at the state level.

6. Additional Shipping Surcharge — Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

Due to the additional logistics costs involved, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional shipping fee of €50 per 6 bottles:

Shipping is free for all other destinations. This additional fee will be applied automatically at checkout.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the subscription price and are the sole responsibility of the member. FedEx may contact the recipient directly to collect applicable customs fees prior to delivery. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, for which Your Vino S.r.l. assumes no liability.

8. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched. Members can track their delivery directly on the carrier's website.

9. Delivery Address

It is the member's responsibility to ensure the delivery address on file is accurate and complete. Address changes must be communicated to info@your-vino.com at least 15 days before the scheduled dispatch date. Your Vino S.r.l. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the member.

10. Adult Signature Requirement — United States

In compliance with US federal and state alcohol regulations, all shipments to the United States require an adult signature upon delivery. The recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Your Vino S.r.l. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to the absence of an eligible adult at the delivery address. Reshipping costs in such cases will be charged to the member.

11. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, FedEx will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for collection. If the package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it may be returned to sender. In case of a returned shipment due to failed delivery, reshipping costs will be charged to the member.

12. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or with broken bottles, the member must notify Your Vino S.r.l. within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@your-vino.com with photographic evidence of the damage. If a shipment is confirmed lost by FedEx, Your Vino S.r.l. will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a proportional refund at its discretion.
