Membership

The Your Vino Wine Club is an annual subscription that delivers hand-selected Italian wines directly to your door, three times a year in February, May, and October. Each shipment is curated personally and shipped from Florence, Italy.

Your first shipment will be the next available delivery window after your sign-up date. If you subscribe within 20 days of a scheduled shipment, your first delivery will be the following one.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be received by the first business day after the 5th of the month preceding each shipment January 5th for February, April 5th for May, September 5th for October.

Payments

You are charged once per year at the time of subscription. Your card is saved securely and charged automatically at renewal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You will receive an email notification. Please update your payment method within 7 days to avoid suspension of your membership.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no shipment has been dispatched. Once a shipment has been sent, refunds are not available for that delivery.

Please contact us at info@your-vino.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We will do our best to resolve any issue within 10 business days.

Shipping

All shipments are sent from Florence, Italy via FedEx International.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Canada, and Australia. It is the member’s responsibility to verify that importing wine is permitted in their country of residence.

We do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to local alcohol import regulations. Members in all other states are responsible for verifying that direct international wine shipments are permitted in their state.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch: up to 20 business days to the contiguous US, up to 25 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, 3–12 business days within the EU, and 10–19 business days for the rest of the world.

Import duties and customs fees are not included in the subscription price and are the responsibility of the member. FedEx may contact you directly to collect applicable fees before delivery.

You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

FedEx will leave a notice and either attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for collection.

Contact us at info@your-vino.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a proportional refund.

The wines

Each shipment is personally curated to reflect the best of the Italian wine calendar balancing regions, grapes, and styles across the three deliveries of the year.

The selection is curated for you as part of the experience. If you have specific preferences or allergies, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

The selection is consistent across plans. The difference is the number of bottles per shipment 6, 12, or 18.
